The Local Police of Santa Cruz de Tenerife has published images on their ‘X’ (previously known as Twitter) profile showcasing branches that have fallen from a tree on José Fonspertius Street within the Health District.
During the night on Tuesday, team members from the Tenerife Fire Brigade collaborated with staff from City Hall Parks and Gardens to clear the branch that had landed on the road.
This obstruction of the roadway necessitated the suspension of traffic in the vicinity until the branch was entirely removed.
At present, it has been confirmed that the tree did not display any signs of distress, unlike other trees that have fallen in recent months in the city.
