The Ayuntamiento of Puerto de la Cruz, along with the Department of Festivals and its dedicated councillor, Luis Javier González, has been compelled to cancel the upcoming Summer Carnival, which had been scheduled by the previous Municipal Corporation to take place from 3 to 8 September.
