SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE 24 Nov. (EUROPA PRESS) –
A 41-year-old female has sustained moderate injuries after an incident on a path in the Taborno region, in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordinating Centre of 112 in the Canary Islands.
The incident took place at 4:15 p.m. on Sunday in the specified area, prompting the rescue helicopter from the Emergency and Rescue Group (GES) to be dispatched. They reached the location of the injured individual, rendered initial aid, and subsequently evacuated her to the La Guancha helipad.
After that, personnel from the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) attended to the woman, who was suffering from moderate trauma to her lower limb, without complications. She was then transported by ambulance to the Hospital del Norte.
Members of the Tenerife Firefighters Consortium also arrived at the scene and assisted the rest of the group in exiting the trail.
